Reflections
Reflections are a great tool to assess personal feelings and the impact an experience has on an individual. The following reflections were written by myself during my educational experience.
395A Kinesiology Leadership Practicum for Teaching Reflection
for my 395A course, I was placed at a local middle school to observe the teachers and teach my own lessons. This reflection discusses the experience.

Team Building Lesson Activity
In class, we taught a unit on Team Building/ Cooperative Activities. This was my first lesson plan and teaching experience in college. Because our cohort was particularly large, we taught in groups of four. This reflection discusses my feelings of going through the lessons as a student and as a teacher.

Stone Valley Ropes Course
In my first teaching semester, we went to Penn State's Stone Valley Recreational Area and completed the Vertical Adventures Ropes Course. This trip was taking right after our Team Building/Cooperative Unit, and was quite an experience. The focus was on working together with the group to complete each aspect of the course. This reflection discusses my experience and how it applies to teaching Physical Education.

Mount Nittany Hike vs. Shingletown Gap Hike
During my Penn State experience, one of my classes took me on two hikes. Each Hike was very enjoyable and showed me a part of the world that work and the fast-pace life had pushed away from me. This reflection discusses both experiences and applies the experiences to teaching.
